"I’m so very happy with my service from Gadget Geeks. I live in California and my mother lives in Tucson. She is not tech savvy and trying to remotely walk her through this stuff Is a challenge. I desperately needed a company to help my mom navigate the issues with her iPad and was hoping to find a mobile service. I found Gadget Geeks online and they were able to make it out to her house the next day. Communication with Charbel throughout the process was seamless. He was so helpful and was even willing to do same day service, pick up and drop off.
I initially thought she needed a new battery. But When he got to her house he noticed her settings were off and this was likely contributing to her battery and charging issues. He fixed them for her and left her his contact info. He could have easily changed the battery and charged her as I would not have known the difference. Talk about honest service!!! If I could give 6 stars I would.
I am so relieved that there’s a company like this that I can now reach out to if my mom is having problems again."
