What does "Aftermarket Premium Refurbished" mean?
Aftermarket Premium Refurbished means your device:
- Features high-quality parts from a reputable third-party manufacturer.
- Has been serviced by certified technicians.
- Performs equivalent to original manufacturer parts.
- May show "unknown part" in part history due to lack of serialized identification from Apple.

Are your phones tested before shipping?
Every single device we sell goes through a rigorous 60-point PhoneCheck industry-standard quality control inspection. On top of that, each phone is hand-tested by our team to make sure it meets our quality standards before being processed and shelved for live inventory. Nothing ships without passing both checks.
What do the phone conditions mean?
Excellent — Like-new appearance with minimal signs of use. Flawless or near-flawless body. Battery health 90%+. All features fully functional.
Good — Minor cosmetic marks that are barely noticeable in daily use. Battery health 85%+. All features fully functional.
Clean — Visible wear and signs of use on the body. Battery health 80%+. All features fully functional. Best value option.
All conditions include a 90-day warranty and are 100% tested.
What is the battery upgrade option?
When you add a phone to your cart, you can upgrade the battery health for extra peace of mind:
Premium Battery (+$25) — 90-99% battery health. Lasts all day on a single charge.
Perfect Battery (+$45) — 100% battery health. Like a brand-new battery, as if the phone just came out of the box.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every device comes with a 90-day warranty. If you experience any defect or issue covered under warranty, we will provide you with a free shipping label to send the device back and process an exchange.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on every order, no matter the size. Whether you place a $100 order or a $1,000 order, you get free shipping. Depending on your order size, you'll receive Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, shipping may take up to 4 weeks. Updates or changes to your shipping address must be made within 12 hours of your purchase — please check your confirmation email right away.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?
Every customer gets a 30-day no-hassle return. You can file your return through your account on the purchase order section, or email us at info@gadgetgeekspro.com.
How do I process a return?
Log into your account and go to your purchase order section to initiate the return, or email info@gadgetgeekspro.com. Make sure the item you're returning matches the same Serial Number or IMEI on your order. If it doesn't match, the device will be sent back to you and the warranty exchange will be voided.
What do I need to do before returning a device?
Before shipping your device back, you must remove any accounts linked to the device — iCloud, Find My iPhone, Google Account, Samsung Account, etc. If these accounts are still active, it will delay your exchange process until the accounts are removed or unlinked.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a warranty claim or a defective device, we provide a free shipping label. Just follow the return process and we'll email you the label.
